Vincera provides technical assistance and education. We are not the police, not a 24/7 emergency service, and not a guarantee of recovery after fraud or account takeover. If you are in danger, contact local emergency services.
Best effort
Technology environments vary. We work carefully and professionally but cannot warrant that any system will remain free of issues forever. Scope limits are defined per engagement.
Client responsibilities
Provide accurate information, necessary access with consent, and backups when requested. You remain responsible for your accounts, legal compliance, and decisions you make after our advice.
Intellectual property
Site content belongs to Vincera unless noted. Deliverables for paid projects transfer as specified in the project agreement.
