Why bother securing things if nothing has gone wrong yet?
Scams and malware keep getting better. It’s easier — and cheaper — to set things up well once than to recover after an account is taken over. Most of what we do is a solid setup, then light check-ins.
I see apps I don’t recognize and ads I never wanted. Can you fix that?
Yes. That’s common. We clean devices, secure accounts, and filter junk at the network so it doesn’t pour back in. Your phone or internet company usually won’t walk you through this — we will.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. We explain as we go, in normal language. If something is confusing, that’s on the tech — not on you.
Do you work on iPhones, Androids, and Windows?
Yes. Phones and computers are a core part of home help.
Will you try to sell me a new phone?
No. We make what you already have work better and last longer.
What does “price of a night out” mean?
Home packages are meant to feel accessible — real pro work without luxury-agency bills. You get a clear fixed price before we start.

What do you do for businesses?
New websites or full rebuilds, SEO basics, security checks, a clear contact path for customers, launch help, and optional monthly care.
Can you fix my existing site without rebuilding everything?
Sometimes. We often start with an audit. If a polish is enough, we’ll say so. If a rebuild is smarter, we’ll explain why.
How long does a rebuild take?
It depends on size. Many small-business sites take weeks, not months. You’ll get a timeline in writing first.

Where do you work?
In person across Ottawa, SD&G, and Eastern Ontario. A lot of follow-up and website work also works remotely.
How fast do you reply?
Usually within one business day.
Is this emergency or police help?
No. We help prevent problems and can advise when something looks off. We’re not law enforcement, and we can’t promise recovery of money lost to scams.
